We may limit or refuse any order. Prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. Payment is processed by third-party providers; by submitting payment info you authorize us to charge the total amount.
4. Shipping, Risk of Loss & Title
We ship to the address you provide. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery by the carrier. Title transfers upon our delivery to the carrier, unless required otherwise by law.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Our current return/exchange policy is posted on the Site and forms part of these Terms. Items must meet the stated conditions and timelines.
6. Pricing Errors
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to error, we may cancel orders placed for that product and refund any amounts paid.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (including text, graphics, logos, photos, videos) is owned by or licensed to WhatIfBrand and protected by law. You may not use our IP without prior written permission.
8. User Content
