Return Process

Packaging: Securely pack your item (preferably in its original packaging) and include the completed Return Form.

Reservation: Visit the UPS website to book your return, print your return label, and schedule a pickup.

Return Fee: The return shipping cost is entirely the responsibility of the customer.

When you request a return, the applicable return fee will be clearly displayed by the system or informed by UPS.

This fee will either be charged to you directly at the time of return or deducted from your refund amount.

Confirmation: Once we receive your return, we will send you a Return Confirmation Email.

Processing may take up to 14 days after we receive your package.

If it takes longer than 14 days, please contact us at info@whatifbrand.com with your return documentation (e.g., pickup receipt or drop-off receipt).

Return Timeframe & Refunds

Returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund if it has not been paid directly to UPS.

You will receive a confirmation email once your return and refund have been processed.
Return Conditions

Items must be clean, unworn, and with all tags attached.

Makeup and skincare products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Underwear, bodysuits, and pierced jewelry can only be returned if faulty.

Swimwear must have the hygiene seal intact.

Online purchases cannot be returned or exchanged in-store.
