WHATIFBRAND RETURN POLICY

  • Return period: You may return your items within 10 days of receiving your order

  • Return conditions: Items must be clean, unworn, and with all original tags attached

    • Underwear, bodysuits, and piercing jewelry can only be returned if faulty

    • Swimwear must have the hygiene seal intact

  • Return costs: All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any applicable taxes or customs duties arising from the return process are also the responsibility of the customer

  • Courier selection: For a faster and more reliable process, we recommend returning your order with the same courier it was delivered (FedEx, UPS, or DHL)

  • Processing time: Once your return reaches us, processing may take 10–14 days. You will receive a confirmation email once it is completed

  • Refunds: After the return is accepted, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout

  • In-store returns: Online purchases cannot be returned or exchanged in-store
