Standard Delivery Times

You can find all standard delivery times on this page.
The available shipping method, cost, and current delivery time for your order will be shown at checkout.

Standard Home Delivery (Free for orders over USD 200):

• Delivery to all cities across the United States

• Excluding customs clearance, your order will be delivered within 4–6 business days

• Delivery times may be longer during peak seasons

• WHATIFBRAND is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance

Order Tracking

Once your order is packed, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing delivery details and a tracking link.
Please note it may take a few days for tracking information to appear in the system.
You can also track your order by logging into your account and checking the “My Orders” section.

Undeliverable Packages

If your package cannot be delivered according to the chosen delivery option, it will be automatically returned to WHATIFBRAND.

Taxes & Customs Duties

• Prices shown on whatifbrand.com do not include local sales tax (Sales Tax) or VAT.

• These taxes will be added to your order total at checkout.

• If your order value exceeds the duty-free limit for your state, additional import/customs fees may apply at delivery.

• WHATIFBRAND does not cover these fees.

Payment of Fees:
When your package reaches its destination, it may be held by customs.
The relevant authority will calculate any applicable duties and taxes, and our shipping partner will contact you with the amount due for clearance.

Bank Fees

Your bank may charge additional fees for cross-border payments.
